Job Description

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented and personable Gift Shop Attendants. You will deliver excellence in service to our guests, assisting each guest with merchandise selection and knowledge of resort information. Our ideal candidate is creative with a passion for visual merchandising and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist guests with merchandise selection while providing excellent customer service Operate and maintain the POS system Inventory management, cash handling, stocking, and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
1+ year(s) retail experience preferred Guest focused approach and high level of patience Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
