Our mission is to create memorable moments through great service, exciting prizes, and a welcoming environment for guests of all ages. We are currently looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our growing team in Manhattan, NY.
Position Details Pay:
$17.00-$17.50 per hour
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Schedule Availability:
Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
Work Location:
In person — Manhattan, NY What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Help guests navigate games, prizes, and attractions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Support daily operations including restocking prizes and inventory Process point-of-sale transactions accurately Communicate venue guidelines and policies clearly to guests Work collaboratively with team members and management Assist with opening, closing, and general maintenance tasks Help create a positive and energetic guest experience Qualifications Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to commute to Manhattan, NY High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts Ability to lift, carry, and move light to moderate items as needed Comfortable working in an active entertainment environment Benefits Employee discount Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within the company If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
