Job Description

Join us at Sesame Place and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Come and play an important part on our incredible team today!
What you get to do:
Welcome new Ambassadors to the team and make sure they're ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves creating name tags and issuing employee ID badges as well as coordinating their participation in new hire orientation.
You will also:
Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perks Complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to Ambassadors Receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system Support inventory control processes such as cycle counts, end of month inventory, labeling, etc. Stock shelves and workstations Assist with housekeeping and organization of wardrobe storage areas, workstations, and stockrooms Distribute, exchange and replace Ambassador uniforms Maintain spreadsheets to track lost uniforms, nametags and ID cards Use a heat press to apply barcodes and identification labels to uniform inventory What it takes to succeed: One or more years of customer service experience Must be least 18 years old Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment Scheduling flexibility State driver's license preferred Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
