Your primary focus will be to guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they find the perfect attire for their special day. You will utilize your expertise in retail sales and customer engagement to create a memorable experience that fosters trust and satisfaction. You must be 5'3" or taller to be able to reach the racks. No shoes are allowed in our store. Duties Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories, providing personalized consultations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, managing cash handling, and ensuring accurate cashiering. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing appointments, and following up with clients. Upsell complementary products to enhance the bridal shopping experience. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the bridal salon. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients. Proficiency in POS systems and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of upselling products effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader range of customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Experience in merchandising to create visually appealing displays that attract customers.
