Join the team at Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic, Inc. one of the most impactful low-cost spay and neuter organizations in the State of Indiana. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable individual to join our Transport Department, helping serve companion animals and pet owners across more than 24 Indiana counties. About Us Our mission at Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic, Inc. is to provide affordable, high-quality spay and neuter surgeries and vaccinations for domestic and feral cats and dogs. Through these services and public education efforts, we work to reduce pet overpopulation and promote animal health and safety throughout our communities. Position Overview Our Transport Team plays a critical role in helping animals access veterinary care throughout Indiana. Team members coordinate and travel to partner locations across the state to safely transport companion animals to and from our clinic for spay/neuter services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both people and animals, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Include Coordinating transport appointments and confirming client information Communicating directly with pet owners and partner organizations Safely handling and securing animals for transport Driving to designated pickup and drop-off locations throughout Indiana Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Supporting clinic operations and team goals as needed This position requires availability for early morning and evening shifts. Preferred qualifications include:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work early morning and evening shifts Comfortable using software programs and processing payments Experience with safe and appropriate animal handling Valid Indiana Driver's License with a good driving record. No special licensing required. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed No prior experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate
