Position Overview:
We're looking for a kind, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who loves animals and wants to make a meaningful difference. This role is flexible and hands-on—you'll help wherever needed, from safely transporting deceased pets to operating aquamation (water cremation) equipment, assisting customers, and supporting outreach efforts with veterinary partners.
Responsibilities:
Drive safely and courteously to pick up and deliver pets (company vehicle provided) Operate aquamation equipment with care and precision Interact compassionately with grieving families, listening and offering space Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in work areas Assist with light administrative tasks, phone support, and customer inquiries Help with community and veterinary outreach, sharing information about our services
Qualifications:
Animal lover with a gentle, empathetic personality Excellent driving record and valid driver's license Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs without assistance Attention to detail and respect for procedure Able to communicate calmly and kindly with grieving people Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
Compensation & Benefits:
