This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in meaningful work and can support families during difficult times. Position Overview This role combines driving responsibilities and crematory operations. You will spend your day completing scheduled pickup routes from veterinary clinics and will work in the crematory facility after returning from your route. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires multitasking, attention to detail, and emotional awareness. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Paid Holidays:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Compensation Starting Pay:

$20 - $23 per hour

Merit-Based Increases:

Pay increases are awarded based on performance, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently once fully trained

100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days Key Responsibilities Drive company routes to veterinary clinics to respectfully transport deceased pets Carefully maintain accurate records and ensure each pet is handled with the highest level of care and identification accuracy Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner Operate crematory equipment following training and safety procedures Assist families in person and over the phone with compassion and professionalism Support overall daily operations in a fast-paced environment Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly (lifting equipment is available) Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail .
