What You'll Do Perform recurring residential cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) Perform deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans Follow detailed cleaning checklists Maintain professional communication with team leads Care for company equipment and supplies Represent Penguin Clean Co with professionalism in clients' homes What We're Looking For Extremely reliable (show up early, not on time) Strong attention to detail Physically able to clean for 6-8 hours Comfortable working independently or in small teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and coachable mindset Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We train the right people.
