Aesthetic Laser Specialist & Client Experience Coordinator iNFUSION Wellness Center - Montgomery, Alabama iNFUSION Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, experienced, and growth-minded professional to join our expanding team. We are a leader in integrative wellness, aesthetics, regenerative therapies, and advanced non-surgical treatments. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments safely and professionally Conduct consultations and confidently recommend appropriate treatment plans Convert incoming leads into booked consultations and recurring clients Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication Educate clients on services, memberships, treatment packages, and home care recommendations Promote and sell all iNFUSION Wellness Center services and programs Assist with practice management and daily operational flow Manage scheduling, client communications, and appointment coordination Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Document treatments, maintain client records, and track treatment outcomes Process payments and perform point-of-sale duties Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the clinic Support marketing efforts including promotions, social media participation, and client retention initiatives Required Experience & Skills Experience operating aesthetic laser and energy-based devices Strong sales background with proven ability to close consultations and treatment packages Experience handling leads, follow-up systems, and appointment conversion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven setting Exceptional customer service and client retention skills Coachable, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset Passion for health, wellness, aesthetics, and personal development Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Laser hair removal Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation treatments Body contouring and fat reduction devices Microneedling and collagen induction therapy Hair restoration therapies RF-based treatments IV wellness, regenerative, or holistic health environments CRM systems, scheduling software, and practice management systems What We're Looking For The right person for this role is: Energetic and outgoing Sales-minded without being pushy Compassionate and client-focused Professional and detail-oriented Confident in educating clients and recommending services Motivated by growth, performance, and results Excited to grow with an expanding wellness and aesthetics brand Compensation & Growth Opportunities Compensation is based on experience and qualifications and may include: Hourly pay/salary Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Employee treatment and wellness perks Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company If you are passionate about aesthetics, wellness, client transformation, and creating exceptional experiences, we would love to meet you.
