Competitive Commission Structure + Retail Incentives (DOE) Join a Premier Medical Clinic & Spa in Bryant, Arkansas We are seeking a licensed and experienced Esthetician to join our well-established medical clinic and spa. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated skincare professional who has an existing clientele and is looking to grow their business within a reputable, professional, and supportive medical spa environment.

Our clinic offers a strong reputation in the community, a beautiful and modern facility, and opportunities to collaborate with experienced medical and aesthetic professionals. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic services within your scope of practice. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Educate clients on skincare products and home care regimens. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Promote services and participate in practice growth initiatives. Qualifications Current Arkansas Esthetician License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience preferred. Established client base strongly preferred. Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and medical spa services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
