Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Educate clients on skincare products and home care regimens. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Promote services and participate in practice growth initiatives. Qualifications Current Arkansas Esthetician License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience preferred. Established client base strongly preferred. Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and medical spa services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
