Job Description
About us: Northwest Arkansas True Dermatology is a fast-growing, physician-owned dermatology practice in Northwest Arkansas, dedicated to delivering exceptional care across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We are searching for a positive, motivated, and compassionate injector to join our team of seven board-certified dermatologists and seven midlevel providers. This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving practice with both medical and aesthetic growth potential — perfect for a provider who wants to balance general dermatology with cosmetic dermatology. Because of our recent transition and growth, there is a large built-in referral base for aesthetics that is ready from day one.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced aesthetic injector with 5+ years of hands-on injecting experience. This provider will play a key role in launching and growing our aesthetics services, working closely with our medical team while helping shape the patient experience from the ground up. Qualifications- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or CANS (RN)
- Minimum 5+ years of aesthetic injecting experience (neuromodulators, fillers, etc.)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
- Passion for natural results and patient education
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base
- Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused mindset What You'll Do
- Perform aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other treatments as offered)
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to grow aesthetic services
- Participate in marketing efforts (before/after photos, social media when appropriate) Schedule
- Full-time position
- 4-5 days per week
