licensed esthetician. skin care trainer (part-time) 4575 East Cactus Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032 From $18 an hour - Part-time From $18 an hour - Part-time licensed esthetician. skin care trainer (part-time) skoah. paradise valley | phoenix, az position overview we are hiring a licensed esthetician (skin care trainer) who is confident, skilled, & performance-driven. this is a results-based, treatment-focused role. you are expected to deliver consistent, high-quality facials, build kustomer trust quickly, & drive rebooking and retail through strong education. this is not an entry-level position. we are looking for someone who already has a solid foundation and can step in with confidence. schedule (required availability)•tuesdays: 10am-4pm thursdays: 10am-4pm sundays: 11am-4pm •these shifts are required for this role. additional hours may be available based on overall business needs, including kustomer traffic, booking demand, events, and individual performance. hours may increase or decrease over time based on these factors and are reviewed periodically. compensation & incentives starting at $18/hour minimum (higher starting pay considered based on experience and/or existing clientele) eligible for performance-based pay increases starting at 90 days, with most increases evaluated on an annual basis 10% retail commission monthly & quarterly performance incentives paid time off 50% off skoah. products free monthly facial ongoing training & development core responsibilities perform customized facials with strong technique, flow, & timing conduct efficient, confident skin analysis & consultations customize treatments based on skin type, conditions, & goals deliver visible results through proper product & technique use educate kustomers clearly on home care & product usage consistently drive rebooking & retail recommendations maintain accurate service notes & treatment consistency uphold cleanliness, organization, & treatment room standards experience, skills & expectations active arizona esthetician license minimum 1 year hands-on experience outside of school you are confident in: facial massage & consistent, intentional touch customizing treatments based on skin, not scripts ingredient knowledge & product pairing maintaining strong timing while delivering a complete experience you naturally: build trust quickly with kustomers through communication & education recommend retail based on real skin needs prioritize rebooking as part of the service experience stay adaptable in the treatment room based on skin response take ownership of your performance & contribution to the shop you are: coachable, accountable, & open to feedback comfortable working toward performance-based goals aligned with a team-focused, high-standard environment physical requirements ability to stand for extended periods of time (1+ hours) ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed ability to maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced environment additional requirements strong communication & kustomer experience skills ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment comfort with social media & being part of brand presence
