Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs. Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup applications, and nail care services with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Demonstrate product demos and promote retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Provide personalized consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish. Qualifications Valid state license as a Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in esthetic treatments. Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Ability to perform deep tissue massage when required as part of comprehensive skincare services. Experience in retail sales, product demos, and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
