The Jenesis House is a luxury wellness hospitality estate offering elevated guest experiences, retreats, spa services, and holistic wellness programming in Sedona, Arizona. We are seeking a talented Independent Contractor Esthetician / Wellness Facial Specialist to provide luxury facial experiences aligned with our wellness philosophy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skincare, holistic beauty, luxury hospitality, and creating calming, intentional guest experiences in a boutique retreat environment. Position Overview The Independent Contractor Esthetician / Wellness Facial Specialist will provide customized facial services for guests staying at The Jenesis House while maintaining elevated hospitality and wellness standards. This is an independent contractor role best suited for someone who already operates independently, enjoys flexible scheduling, and wants to grow within a luxury wellness hospitality environment. ResponsibilitiesFacial & Wellness Services Perform customized facial treatments for guests Deliver elevated luxury hospitality throughout each service Accommodate guest skin concerns and sensitivities professionally Create calming, intentional, and wellness-focused treatment experiences Properly prepare and reset treatment rooms between guests Guest Experience Maintain a warm, grounded, and professional presence Support the overall wellness experience for retreat and overnight guests Recommend skincare services and products when appropriate Collaborate with the wellness and hospitality teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Operational Responsibilities Maintain professional cleanliness and sanitation standards Track product usage and communicate low inventory needs Help maintain organized spa and wellness spaces Arrive prepared, on time, and guest-ready for scheduled appointments Ideal Candidate You are: Licensed and experienced Warm and guest-focused Passionate about holistic wellness and skincare Professional and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Organized and detail-oriented Experienced in luxury hospitality or spa environments Preferred Experience Active Arizona Esthetician License required Luxury spa or wellness retreat experience preferred Holistic, lymphatic, sculpting, or wellness-based facial experience preferred Experience with retail recommendations and guest education is a plus Independent Contractor Expectations Contractor maintains flexibility over availability Contractor is responsible for maintaining active licensing requirements Contractor may work with other businesses or clients outside The Jenesis House Services are scheduled based on guest bookings and operational needs Schedule Flexible scheduling based on guest bookings Weekend availability preferred Retreat and special event availability is a plus To Apply Please submit: Resume Active Esthetician License Photos or portfolio of work if available Brief introduction about yourself and your skincare philosophy Why you'd like to work with
