Opportunity for career growth Duties & Responsibilities Advanced Laser Treatments Perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments, including: Tetra CO2 Laser (CoolPeel® and DEKA treatments) Cynosure Potenza (RF Microneedling) Lumenis M22 (ResurFX and IPL treatments) Lumenis LightSheer (Laser Hair Removal) Advanced Aesthetic Treatments Perform a variety of medical aesthetic services, including: DiamondGlow® SkinPen® Microneedling Dermaplaning VI Peel® Customized facials Patient Consultations Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations Develop customized treatment plans and home-care regimens Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and skincare recommendations Product Sales Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products Support patients in achieving optimal treatment outcomes through appropriate home-care products Marketing & Community Engagement Participate in social media content creation, including photos and videos Represent the practice at marketing events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives, which may require occasional evening and weekend participation. Assist in promoting services, treatments, and special events Clinic Support Provide support with front desk operations as needed Assist with select clinical and patient care duties within the scope of training (medical assistant certification not required) Compliance & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Adhere to all laser safety protocols, infection control standards, and Arizona regulatory requirements Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient interactions Qualifications Current Arizona Certified Laser Technician (CLT) certification (required) Current Arizona Aesthetician License (preferred) Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or clinical aesthetics setting preferred Current certification in laser safety protocols and a strong understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and treatment planning. Experience with medical-grade skincare products and treatment recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building long-term patient relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events as needed Preferred Attributes Strong sales and consultation skills Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuing education Facial Artistry & Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
