The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, beauty, and client education, with hands-on experience in brow laminations, lash lifts, skincare treatments, and retail skincare sales . Responsibilities Perform professional esthetic services including: Brow laminations Lash lifts and tints Customized facials and skincare treatments Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care Promote and sell professional or medical-grade skincare products based on client needs Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and supplies in accordance with cleanliness and sanitation standards Ensure all services are performed safely, effectively, and with excellent attention to detail Help create a warm, elevated, and welcoming experience for every client Assist with scheduling, client follow-up, and retention efforts as needed Qualifications Active California Esthetician License Previous esthetics experience preferred Prior experience with: Brow laminations, Lash lifts, Skincare treatments/facials, Skincare product sales Strong communication and client service skills Ability to confidently recommend products and treatments Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa setting is a plus
