We are searching for someone who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and client results. The ideal candidate is eager to grow professionally, values education, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of delivering a luxury experience from consultation through aftercare. This is an excellent opportunity for a beauty professional who is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and thrives in a luxury salon environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including lash lifts, brow laminations/other brow services, facials, nano-needling, and eyelash extensions. Conduct skin analysis using professional techniques to recommend tailored skincare regimens and product solutions. Experience providing luxury face and body skincare treatments, including body exfoliation treatments, body polishing services, skin conditioning treatments, and customized skincare protocols is highly preferred. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results. Assist in retail sales by promoting aftercare products, skincare products, and beauty tools aligned with client needs. Qualifications Valid California state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Reliable, motivated, and team oriented Available to work every Sunday on a consistent basis Flexible availability throughout the week This position offers strong commission potential for the right candidate.
