Part-time Esthetician

Director of Spa Operations Position Summary:

Our Estheticians provide luxury hi-tech skincare treatments in line with Skin Exerts Spa policies and protocols. Estheticians are to follow our proprietary treatment protocols and the Fundamentals of Selling. Estheticians also assist with business development, prospecting, and operational support

Job Requirements:

(Education, Availability, Hiring Requirements) High School Diploma for equivalent (GED) 500 hours of relevant trainings from accredited skin care program Current Esthetician License Excellent verbal and written communication Available to work evenings and each Saturday. Physical Requirements o Ability to sit and use hands to apply facial products and use facial tools for several 30-60-minute facials per shift o Ability to use hands, fingers/thumbs, etc. to perform a variety of skincare techniques Occasional lifting, not to exceed 20lbs Essential Job Functions Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times and where company provided uniform. Interact positively and professionally with all team members and clients Remain punctual with start and end time of services Ensure your client has completed liability form Perform thorough pre and post session consultations Help guests become members by providing exemplary treatment and recommending a timeframe for next visit Recommend retail products for each client to take home Complete a Prescription Pad for each client Practice proper self care and body mechanics to minimize chance of injury Help maintain cleanliness of the Spa and treatment rooms Follow all company protocols and policies Perform other job-related tasks as directed by Spa Director Compensation and Benefits Salary, plus commissions, bonuses, and other incentives 401K Employee discount on retail products Advancement opportunities for motivated individuals Send your resume along with a cover letter explaining why you believe you are a good fit for this position.
