We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and versatile skincare professional who is passionate about skin health, client care, and continuous growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both performing treatments and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting with front desk responsibilities when needed and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments and consultations Recommend customized treatment plans and skincare products Educate clients on homecare and skin health Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service Assist with front desk and reception duties when needed Appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and POS transactions Support product sales and client retention efforts Maintain treatment rooms and professional standards Assist with social media and marketing activities when needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional esthetician experience required Valid California Esthetician License Must be able to speak Korean Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skincare products, and treatment protocols Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and advanced treatment technologies Confidence in consultations, product recommendations, and client education Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Comfortable supporting both treatment and front desk operations Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Strong English communication skills preferred Medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic experience preferred Experience with advanced skincare devices and technologies preferred Social media marketing experience is a plus Immediate availability is a plus Schedule Part-Time or Full-Time Flexible schedule based on experience and availability Competitive compensation DOE How to ApplyPlease
