Job DescriptionAre you a results driven Licensed Esthetician passionate about helping people maximize their potential? If so, we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you! We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Estheticians who are interested looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Equinox can offer Licensed Estheticians a long term career with competitive pay, an innovative and forward thinking work environment, and access to a committed community of members who prioritize their health and performance! The Licensed Esthetician's job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyze, consult and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable settingResponsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfactionPosition has room for growth into management within the companyQualificationsThe successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education: Must possess a valid Esthetician licenseMinimum of one (1) year of salon or spa experience Must have specific training in facial and body waxing Ability to handle clients in difficult situations Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas Computer literate

Pay Transparency:

$49.40-$76.00 per session; $17.87/hr. (non-session work); ability to earn incentive pay based on services performed.
