As an Aesthetician at LuminaSkin, you will be a core member of the LuminaSkin team with the support of our operations staff and medical professionals. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced aesthetician. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of advanced aesthetics, a loyal client base, and a passion for delivering results. You will play a key role in setting service standards, building a strong client following, and collaborating closely with our medical team for cross-referrals. This is an opportunity to lead, grow, and be part of a respected brand with nearly two decades of success. Key Responsibilities Set the tone for services, professionalism, and client care at the new Burlingame location Perform advanced treatments including facials, peels, and Hydrafacials Provide product consultations, educate clients on home care regimens, and drive retail sales of medical-grade skincare Build strong client relationships by combining your existing clientele with new clients gained through LuminaSkin Partner with our team of RNs, NPs, and PAs to cross-refer clients for medical aesthetic treatments Maintain accurate treatment documentation while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards Qualifications Experience using the Hydrafacial machine Active California aesthetician license with 5+ years of professional experience (medical spa experience strongly preferred) Established track record of sales and retaining and expanding a loyal client base Strong product knowledge with proven ability to educate clients and generate retail sales Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence & appearance Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a team culture that blends spa services with medical aesthetics Why Join LuminaSkin Be part of a trusted brand with 18+ years of success and a strong reputation in the Bay Area Collaborative, supportive environment with medical cross-referrals Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Opportunities for continued training, professional development, and career growth Working hours: M-F, alternating Saturdays Compensation Starting at $30/hour (based on experience) + Commission How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your client base, relevant experience, and why you're the perfect fit for LuminaSkin Burlingame.
