Responsibilities Perform precise eyebrow threading to shape and define clients' eyebrows according to their preferences and facial features Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients' needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a comfortable experience Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations during every appointment Assist clients with additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application when appropriate Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare instructions, and available cosmetic treatments including esthetic laser procedures or dermal fillers when qualified Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure a hygienic environment for both clients and staff Skills Proven experience in hair threading with a keen eye for symmetry and detail Strong background in retail sales techniques to promote additional beauty services and retail products Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, or other advanced cosmetic procedures is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Basic understanding of sanitation protocols relevant to beauty services to ensure client safety at all times Ability to perform complementary services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, barbering, or skin care treatments enhances versatility Join us in creating beautiful transformations while providing an energetic, positive experience that keeps clients coming back!
