We are focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences, natural-looking results, and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a talented, personable, and dedicated Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient education, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop treatment plans Recommend skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages Educate clients on treatment options and home care routines Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from start to finish Work collaboratively with injectors, management, and front desk staff Qualifications Valid California Esthetician License Experience with custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling support, and advanced skincare treatments preferred Ability to build rapport and retain clients Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Benefits Paid hands on training Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Employee discounts on treatments and products Supportive, team-oriented environment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients improve their skin, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business.
