Licensed Esthetician LifeSculpt Glendora, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Patient room cleaning Cleaning and sanitation procedure implementation Customer communication Teamwork Dependability Esthetician License Interpersonal communication Full Job Description We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is skilled, dependable, and genuinely passionate about delivering high-quality results and client care. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, with a strong focus on treatment excellence, client experience, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities (some training provided) Perform advanced facials, customized facials, and chemical peels Conduct microchanneling treatments for face and body Provide wood sculpting (body contouring and lymphatic techniques) Administer red light therapy treatments and follow treatment protocols Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and follow all sanitation standards Document client progress and treatment plans accurately Educate clients on aftercare and homecare recommendations Support clinic flow by stepping in where needed to help the team and client experience What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills with clients and team members Reliable , punctual, and consistent attendance Strong work ethic with a proactive, "see what needs to be done and do it" mindset Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about client outcomes Ability to stay engaged during downtime and support team operations without needing direction

PM Friday-Saturday:
7:30 AM•3:30
PM Sunday:
11:30 AM•6:30 PM Compensation $18 per hour base pay 5% commission on sales Service commission structure: 5% during first 90 days 10% after 90 days
