FT Lead Esthetician:

What does the role entail? A Lead Esthetician is a polished professional who demonstrates hands-on experience delivering high-end skincare treatments in a luxury resort. A commitment to delivering personalized, luxury-level guest experiences while modeling professionalism and brand standards. Proven experience training, mentoring, and onboarding estheticians, including conducting hands-on demonstrations, service evaluations, and ongoing skills development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional-grade skincare lines, ingredients, protocols, contraindications, and retail positioning. Experience driving retail sales through staff education, product knowledge, treatment pairing, and client consultation best practices.

Qualifications Your experience:

Current California Esthetician License issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week required. Flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight. Ability to sand and walk long distances for long periods of time. Resort experience a plus. Experience creating and delivering structured training programs focused on service. standards, product knowledge, treatment protocols, sanitation, and guest experience. Eminence, Phytomer, HydraFacial training a plus.
