We serve educated, high-expectation patients and lead with honest education, clinical judgment, safety, results, and follow-through — not hard selling. What you'll do Perform customized clinical facials, Glass Skin Facial / Glacé treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, extractions, acne- and pigment-focused skincare, and pre/post-procedure skincare within California esthetician scope. Conduct skin consultations and analysis; build at-home and in-office skincare regimens; set realistic expectations and flag concerns outside esthetician scope to the provider. Support provider-led treatments — including lasers, RF microneedling, resurfacing, injectables, and hair restoration — through room setup, patient prep, numbing support, aftercare instructions, before/after photography, and room turnover. Recommend and educate on professional skincare lines and retail using an education-first approach, not pressure sales. Maintain impeccable sanitation, infection-control habits, backbar organization, and treatment-room readiness. Support rebooking, treatment-series follow-up, and a seamless patient experience. Required qualifications Active California Esthetician license required. Clinical/medical esthetics experience preferred. Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, extractions, acne/pigment protocols, and professional skincare. Experience with hydrating facial systems, Glacé-style facials, or medical-grade skincare is a plus. Strong knowledge of acne, melasma/pigment, aging, texture, barrier repair, and skincare ingredients. Meticulous with hygiene, documentation, patient communication, and photography. Works confidently within esthetician scope and escalates anything beyond it to the provider. Who thrives here Builds devoted, repeat skincare patients through honest guidance and visible results. Detail-obsessed about skin, sanitation, and the patient experience. Collaborative with the nurse, medical assistant, and physician; consistently flags anything outside scope to the provider. How success is measured Patient retention and rebooking on skincare and treatment series. Service and retail performance through education-led recommendations. Consultation-to-treatment conversion and complete before/after documentation. Spotless sanitation and infection-control compliance.
