FT Lead Esthetician:

What does the role entail? A Lead Esthetician is a polished professional who demonstrates hands-on experience delivering high-end skincare treatments in a luxury resort. Amitment to delivering personalized, luxury-level guest experiences while modeling professionalism and brand standards. Proven experience training, mentoring, and onboarding estheticians, including conducting hands-on demonstrations, service evaluations, and ongoing skills development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional-grade skincare lines, ingredients, protocols, contraindications, and retail positioning. Experience driving retail sales through staff education, product knowledge, treatment pairing, and client consultation best practices. Qualifications Your experience: Current California Esthetician License issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbalmunication skills. Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week required. Flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight. Ability to stand and walk long distances for long periods of time. Resort experience a plus. Collaborating with spa managers to refine treatment menus, introduce new technologies, and maintain brand standards. Managing professional inventory, monitoring product usage, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is functional and sanitary. They ensure treatment rooms meet California health and safetypliance standards. Responsible for training new hires on treatment protocols and training on product lines. In addition to training staff to meet retail sales goals through personalized rmendations. Experience creating and delivering structured training programs focused on service. standards, product knowledge, treatment protocols, sanitation, and guest experience. Biologique Recherche, Codage, Circadia and HydraFacial training a plus.
