Job Description

Mint Wax Center is a dedicated waxing boutique in Woodland Hills, CA.
We specialize in one thing:
waxing. Our clientele is loyal, our studio is beautiful, and we're growing. We're looking for a skilled, passionate wax specialist who takes pride in their craft and loves making clients feel their best. Experienced pros and motivated new grads are both encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform body and facial waxing services with exceptional technique and efficiency Deliver a warm, professional client experience from start to finish Consult with new clients on skin sensitivities, contraindications, and aftercare Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room per California state standards Build lasting client relationships that drive retention Contribute positively to a team-focused studio culture Requirements Valid California esthetician or cosmetology license (required) Waxing experience strongly preferred; motivated new grads welcome Proficiency across body and facial waxing services Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Commission structure 100% of tips kept by you 401(k) retirement plan Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time available
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
