Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatment plans. Manage appointments and keep accurate, up-to-date client records. Support product and service sales to enhance client results and satisfaction. Assist with social media engagement to promote services and connect with clients. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality treatments. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a desire to stay current on trends and techniques. Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
