We specialize in corrective and holistic skincare, focusing on acne, Buccal Face Massage, Sculpting Face Massage and corrective treatments Responsibilities Perform Customized Facials, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Buccal Massage, Sculpting Face Massage Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare and homecare products Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Follow all sanitation and safety standards Assist with retail recommendations and studio upkeep Assist with Canva, Capcut and content creation Qualifications Active California Esthetician License Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Passion for skincare and continued education Experience with corrective skincare preferred Compensation Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission + tips This is a Independent Contractor position Compensation Depends on experience Schedule Part-time with potential to full time Some evening and Weekend availability required Opportunity for growth as the studio expands
