About the Opportunity We are looking for energetic and service-oriented professionals to join our wellness team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in massage, spa services, beauty, hospitality, or customer care who enjoy helping clients relax and improve their overall well-being. Our team specializes in luxury scalp and relaxation experiences that combine advanced scalp care techniques with therapeutic touch and personalized client support. No prior scalp treatment experience is required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Deliver wellness and relaxation-focused services to guests Perform head, neck, shoulder, and upper body massage techniques Assist with scalp cleansing and treatment procedures Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations Maintain treatment areas according to company standards Support daily spa operations and guest satisfaction Build strong relationships with returning clients Preferred Qualifications Experience in massage therapy, spa services, wellness, or hospitality Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a hands-on service environment Weekend availability preferred
