We don't just offer services — we create experiences that help clients feel lighter, more energized, and confident in their bodies. We are growing and looking for a high-energy, client-focused Wellness Technician to join our team. Job Summary This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines treatment delivery, client education, and sales. You will guide clients through personalized wellness experiences while helping them achieve real, visible results. Key Responsibilities Client Experience and Care Greet clients warmly and create a positive, welcoming environment Guide clients through their full visit from start to finish Educate clients on services, benefits, and treatment recommendations Maintain a professional and polished presence Treatment Responsibilities Perform Endospheres Therapy for face and body according to protocols Assist clients with Ozone Sauna Therapy sessions, including setup and safety Guide clients through Red Light Therapy, including use of vibrating plate and rebounder Monitor client comfort and ensure a smooth treatment flow Sales and Client Retention Recommend services, packages, and memberships based on client goals Educate clients on the benefits of consistency and long-term wellness Support conversion of new clients into repeat clients and members Meet or exceed sales and booking goals Booking and Front Desk Support Schedule and manage appointments using booking software Assist with rescheduling and follow-ups Maintain accurate client notes and records Process transactions as needed Operations and Cleanliness Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa Requirements Previous experience in customer service, spa, fitness, or wellness preferred Sales experience or comfort recommending services strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn Empower Wellness Spa protocols Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Compensation $20 per hour Commission on packages and memberships Tips Opportunities for growth within the company
