COMMISSION BASED SALARY.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application. Administer advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment as required. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent hospitality and personalized service. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that meet client needs. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. Skills Proficient in body waxing techniques and hair threading. Experience with straight razor shaving is a plus. Strong background in retail sales and customer service within the beauty industry. Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment procedures is preferred. Familiarity with Millennium software for scheduling and client management is advantageous. Excellent makeup application skills to enhance client satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Ability to perform product demos effectively to drive sales and educate clients.
