Minimum 6 months hands-on experience About Us We are a client-focused skincare studio dedicated to results-driven treatments and exceptional client care. We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis to support client appointments as business demand requires. Position Overview This is an as-needed, on-call position ideal for an esthetician looking for flexible work without guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts are scheduled based on confirmed appointments and business needs. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and basic skincare treatments Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with state board regulations Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming client experience Support retail sales Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Qualifications Active California Esthetician License (required) Minimum 6 months professional experience (spa or studio setting preferred) Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and ingredients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and reliable Willingness to learn and grow with the business Team player with a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working independently when scheduled Availability to work on-call/as-needed, including occasional weekends Schedule Part-time, on-call / as-needed Hours are not guaranteed Scheduled based on confirmed client bookings and business demand Compensation Hourly pay and/or commission (based on experience) Tips + retail commission opportunities Why Join Us Supportive and growth-focused environment Ongoing education and mentorship Perfect role for an esthetician looking to grow long-term
