Licensed Esthetician The Cosmetic Collective Palo Alto, CA Job Details Part-time $19 - $100 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Microdermabrasion Chemical peel Guest relations Attention to detail Esthetician License Full Job Description Job Summary We're currently looking to bring on a licensed esthetician part-time with the goal of building them into a full-time role. We're looking for someone who is skilled in facials and skincare treatments, and ideally has some experience with other beauty services like brows, lashes, or tanning (not required, just a bonus!). We want someone who has worked as an esthetician before and is comfortable and confident working with clients one-on-one.
The Cosmetic Collective is a new spa, and we're in an exciting stage of growth. We're building a small, close-knit team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us — not just fill a chair. As a small business, it's really important to us that we find the right fit — someone who's confident in their work, professional, passionate about what they do, and a true team player. Responsibilities Perform a range of esthetic services including microdermabrasion, derma planing, hydro facial, chemical peels and more skin treatments Provide expert advice on skincare routines and products tailored to individual client needs. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of skincare products Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A valid esthetician license is required; additional certifications in related fields such as barbering or cosmetology are advantageous.
