In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services that enhance clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence.. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including HydraFacial, Dermaplane, Back treatment. Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote long-term skin health. Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatment plans and meet client needs. Experience Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and relaxing client experience. Familiarity with sanitation protocols, infection control standards, and maintaining a sterile environment. Experience working with EMR systems for accurate record-keeping of treatments and client information.
