In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs. Provide personalized skincare consultations to educate clients on products and routines that support their skin health goals. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently. Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and boost revenue. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality. Skills Proven experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products with a focus on customer satisfaction. Minimum 3 years experience. Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment booking and client management. Skilled in facials, waxing, threading techniques for precise eyebrow shaping. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a sterile environment at all times. Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications like Barbering or Nail Care are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Ability to perform makeup applications for various occasions confidently.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
