Position Overview We're hiring a Licensed Esthetician to join our results-focused, client-obsessed team. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time . You'll work closely with clients to deliver treatments that transform their skin and boost their confidence while contributing to the continued growth of one of the Bay Area's top corrective skin clinics.

Key Responsibilities Perform clinical-grade treatments:

acne facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, LED therapy, dermaplaning, and more Conduct thorough consultations and customize treatment plans Educate clients on proper home care routines and skin wellness Document each service and maintain detailed client histories Recommend and upsell retail products tailored to client needs Maintain 75%+ pre-booking and strong client retention rates Attend team trainings, meetings, and contribute to team culture Share client wins and skincare tips via social media (optional but encouraged!) What We're Looking For California Licensed Esthetician (required) 1+ year experience in skincare (preferred) Passionate about acne, pigmentation, and long-term skin transformations Skilled in client communication
