The ideal candidate is experienced in advanced skincare treatments and passionate about delivering exceptional client results in a professional, clinical environment.

THIS IS PER DIEM PLEASE NOTE

Key Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments, including: Customized facials Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning Acne treatments and corrective facials Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation per state board regulations Upsell skincare products and services in a consultative manner Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention Qualifications Valid Esthetician License in the state of California Minimum 1-2 years experience in a medical spa or clinical setting preferred Hands-on experience with: Customized facials Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning Acne-focused treatments Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience or comfort recommending products is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
