Pay:

hourly pay + 10% product commission + gratuities + $20 membership sales commission + 5% service commission + $5 Google review bonus

É Skin Expert you will… Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Achieve personal and store sales and service goals. Demonstrate, recommend and sell

É products and all product lines represented in the salon. Perform 40-50 minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial's, Procell, lash lift& tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate. Analyzing Acne clients for Face Reality Acne protocol, selling Face Reality packages and products. Use Boulevard point of sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services. Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance. Create and maintain a partnership with all

É personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service. Work with the Esthetician Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand. Assist with all in-store operational processes, including housekeeping, towel/sheet laundry, and salon cleaning, to maintain a beautiful environment. Ensure salon standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures. Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings. Education:
