The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and waxing, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and rejuvenating experience for all clients. Duties Perform a variety of facial and body waxing using soft wax and hard wax. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional hospitality and personalized care. Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, skincare products, and techniques to provide the best service possible. Requirements Valid esthetician license or certification in the state of practice. Experience in a waxing heavy environment is preferred but not required. Proficiency in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and other beauty treatments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
