In this role, you will provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments designed to enhance clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise in skincare, beauty techniques, and customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct aesthetic treatments such as makeup application, hair threading, and skin rejuvenation procedures to meet individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health. Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure confidentiality at all times. Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and packages that align with client goals. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as tattooing or advanced laser treatments, and ongoing education to enhance service quality. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Knowledge of anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation standards essential for safe practice. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create positive client experiences. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently. Ability to perform specialized services such as medical records management, tattooing (if applicable), and advanced skin treatments confidently.
