I am a licensed esthetician (check out my instagram @divinelyfeminineaesthetics) and I have found that I would rather work for a medspa and go back to school to become an aesthetic nurse lol. So basically my salon suite is just sitting there with all of my stuff in it. I am looking for a
LICENSED
professional that has dreams of running their own beauty business and
CHOOSING
their OWN income. And to make the deal even sweeter you are free to use my product (AS
LONG AS IT STAYS IN THE SALON SUITE
)! rent is $500 a week ($2,000 a month)
EVERY THURSDAY!
!!!!lease is up December 12th, 2026!!!!!! I have stuff for waxing, tooth gems, permanent makeup, Lash lifts and tints, and brow laminations and tints. The suite is

decorated already so there is NO DECORATING or
REMOVING
my things but you are free to bring in your own supplies and products as needed. The location of my suite is in salon republic in downtown Santa Monica 1333 2nd st ste 0, Santa Monica, CA 90401 Responsibilities run your own beauty business! maintain a clean suite Maintain a valid LICENSE Register for a business license 24/7 access Lots of parking structures for you and your client pay yourself Requirements I must be paid $500 every week for rent (total $2,000 a mont) maintain a valid license Follow beauty laws Follow salon republic rules!
