The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in skin knowledge and techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various skin, lash, and wax services. We're also open to renting out our spa room! We are an Aveda salon that uses mostly Aveda products with an addition of Ultraceuticals skin care and Eufora body care. Duties Provide high-quality services, including facials, eyebrow tints, lash lifts/tints, eyelash extensions, waxing, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Utilize techniques for specific services tailored to your clientele's needs. Apply eyelash extensions with skill and expertise to enhance client's features. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools in the workstation in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Assist in retail sales by promoting skin care products that complement the services provided. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Valid Esthetician license Strong skills in skin care, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, eyelashes, waxing and retail sales are essential. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in skin care techniques.
