We are looking for professional individuals who are quick learners, great communicators and are passionate about skin care and providing clients with results! Aesthetician license is a must and the ability to sell synergistic home and treatment regimens and work with existing partners to build their business by phone, email and zoom. With a range of product brands and a modern, aesthetic feel our studio provides an environment for you to thrive in!
Responsibilities Include:
  • Scheduling consultations and building full skin care regimens
  • Recommending and selling of products
  • Phone calls for specials, leads, partners
  • Partner strategies to build business and build clients regimens/treatment plan
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail boutique area
  • Educate clients on products
  • Create an exceptional, friendly experience for clients and partners
Training Includes:
  • Product knowledge
  • Phone training
  • Learning to use CRM and other programs to close sales
  • Partnership training
  • Studio procedures and policies Successful candidates will:
  • Have previous sales experience
  • prefer in the beauty retail industry
  • Have an active, Colorado aesthetician license
  • Have an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with an upbeat, friendly, helpful disposition
  • Have strong phone skills
  • Be comfortable talking with people and finding the best solution for their skin
  • Have a desire to work with a team
  • Have experience working with Apple products
  • iPads/laptops
  • Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice
