We pride ourselves on a collaborative, supportive environment, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to grow with us long-term. Position Overview This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field. Candidates who are newly licensed or early in their careers are unlikely to be a strong fit for this particular role. Our primary need is for a skilled lash artist with solid, hands-on experience in classic lash extensions. While lash services are not the only treatments we offer, we have an established client base and an immediate need in this area. The successful candidate will take over an existing clientele, with the opportunity to expand and grow this segment of the business. Required Skills & Experience Classic and hybrid lash extensions Brow shaping and brow lamination Lash lifting and lamination Microneedling These services are central to our client base, and we are seeking a well-rounded professional who can confidently serve our clients across all offerings. Certification in all of the above is preferred; however, we are open to discussing options for qualified candidates who may not yet be certified in every area. The Ideal Candidate Established and experienced within the industry Emotionally and professionally mature, with a calm and grounded demeanor A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently Reliable, dependable, and diligent Down-to-earth, with a positive and professional attitude Committed to a long-term position and invested in our shared success Details & Benefits Part-time schedule, approximately 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility Minimal administrative responsibilities may be requested; additional compensation for these tasks is negotiable Room to grow as your clientele expands Higher compensation for lash services is available and will be discussed within industry standards Training on HydraFacial services may be provided after 90 days of employment for candidates not yet certified A collaborative environment in which we share clientele and support one another This opportunity is well-suited to an experienced professional who is ready to step away from the demands of running their own business and would value being part of a supportive, established team.
