We are seeking a highly skilled, polished, and growth-oriented Medical Aesthetician to join our collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an oculoplastic surgeon and aesthetic providers in a medically driven, high-end environment focused on advanced facial rejuvenation, perioperative skincare, and long-term treatment planning. What You'll Do Perform advanced aesthetic treatments and combination treatments ("stacking") including: Halo® Moxi® BBL® Morpheus8® RF Microneedling SkinPen® Microneedling DiamondGlow® Chemical peels Dermaplaning Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customized annual treatment plans Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and homecare regimens Support surgical patients with pre- and post-operative skincare recommendations Maintain detailed EMR documentation and before/after photography Collaborate closely with the surgeon and injector to create a seamless patient experience Contribute to patient retention, membership growth, and overall practice growth Participate in social media content creation including educational videos and treatment highlights What We're Looking For Active Colorado Esthetician or Master Esthetician License 2+ years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or facial aesthetics setting Experience with advanced laser and aesthetic technologies preferred Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatment planning, and patient education Professional, polished, and highly organized Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Sales confidence with an authentic, educational, non-pushy approach Team-oriented mindset with a passion for aesthetics and patient care Why Join Us?
