Position Overview:

As an Aesthetic Injector at Halcyon Mind+Body, you will provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to enhance the appearance and confidence of our guests. Your expertise in injectables, fillers, and other cutting-edge treatments will help our guests achieve their desired aesthetic goals. Your passion for delivering top-notch service will contribute to our spa's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer a variety of injectable treatments, including injectables (Botox), dermal fillers (Juvederm), and other aesthetic treatments (e.g. PRP). Conduct treatments in accordance with established protocols, organizational policies, and governing standards. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions. Build and maintain rapport with guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Evaluate client suitability for treatments and perform same-day procedures when appropriate. Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between clients. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Physician Assistant (PA) license, or Aesthetic Injector certification in the state of Colorado. Minimum 4 years of experience as an injector in the aesthetic field. Proficiency in aesthetic injections (Botox), dermal fillers (Juvederm), and other aesthetic treatments (e.g. PRP). Experience in a Med Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery practice. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent patient care. Keen attention to detail, infection control practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures.

Schedule:

Full-time position (4-5 days per week, including one weekend day).

Spa hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
