Responsibilities Provide professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading with precision and care. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes, offering tailored treatment plans. Maintain impeccable sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress diligently. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and makeup applications that meet individual client needs. Stay updated on industry trends such as color theory, new esthetic techniques, and advances in laser technology to continually enhance service offerings. Requirements Valid CT state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetician practices. Proven experience in providing diverse skincare treatments including dermabrasion, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety at all times. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management. Ability to perform detailed makeup applications and understand color theory principles for enhanced client results.
