Our studio offers facials, nail care, brows, and lashes, alongside restorative wellness offerings designed to support slowing down and resetting At Cima we created a wellness concept shaped by skill, care, and a belief in doing things better for our community. We are currently seeking a CT licensed esthetician who shares our passion for services done with intention and thoughtfulness. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including customized facials treatments. Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions/lifting, eyebrow shaping/tinting, makeup application. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Assist in sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services to enhance client results and satisfaction. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proof of certification in cosmetology or esthetician practices Demonstrated experience in performing skin treatments, body waxing, eyelash & eyebrow services, and makeup application. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standards in esthetic practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
